All Palm Bites products are shelf stable. Refigeration is not required; however, we do recommend it for products thhat are not coated in chocolate to increase shelf life.

Yes, we are a HACCP certified facility inspected by SAI Global. This certification requires us to be able to trace every ingredient to the source. Since inception, we've had zero recalls.

Please contact us to let us know if there was an issue with their order. We need to be made aware of any quality concerns as we take food safety seriously. Please collect all returns and send them to us for a partial refund and for us to inspect the concern. We do not offer refunds for unsold products approaching best before dates

We offer free shipping on orders $500 and over. We really care about your profit margin, so we minimized ours to the very least, offering free shipping on orders below that threshold is not financially feasible.

Please note shipping rates in the GTA are $7, and across Canada it averages to $15
